Well the biggest NEW news in our family is we are to be Grandparents for the first time this October. This is really a BIGGY. We have 4 sons between us and this will be our first. Can't wait to spoil rotten our new grandson. The next most recent NEWS is I have retired effective July 1, 2006. This is after 36 years with 3 railroads. I started with the Rio Grande who purchased the Southern Pacific and then the Southern Pacific was purchased by the Union Pacific HQ in Omaha where I am today. As my wife, Martha, works for the Union Pacific Corp. we will stay here in Omaha another 5 years until she can retire at age 60. We then will move to Cental Oregon about 20 miles south of Bend where we have purchased a 1/2 acre lot on the Deshutz river. In the mean time I plan to build up this web site and turn products every day for Woody's Wood Works.
